How do I update my personal details?
Your address, email and mobile phone number can all be easily updated from your app:
> Tap into the menu (Top right of the home screen) > Settings > Select the option you wish to update > Enter your password to confirm changes
If you need to update your name, please get in touch with our customer service team and provide us with one of the following documents that is relevant to your situation:
1. A passport issued in the new name.
2, A driving license issued in the new name.

4. A marriage certificate.

How do I activate my debit card?
Once you have received your new debit card, open the Starling Bank mobile app. Click on ‘Card’ and tap ‘Activate card’. You’ll then be prompted to type in your three-digit CVV number which you can find on the back of your new debit card.
